Mr. Katsande holds a Masters in Business Administration Degree (UZ) and BSc Electrical Engineering Degree (UZ).
He is a Corporate Member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers. Mr. Katsande is employed as a Commercial Director in a Power Utility.
