Meet The Team
Kizito Musekwa
He is a holder of the following qualifications; Master of Commerce in Accounting (MSU); Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting; Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Taxation (ICTAZ); Certified Expert in Microfinance. Kizito is a Registered Public Accountant (PAAB) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA)(Z).
Kizito has over ten years experience in finance, taxation and auditing having worked at various levels with Baker Tilly Central Africa and Zimbabwe Revenue Authority. He joined FMC as an Internal Auditor in 2016 and rose through the ranks to his current position.
Evidence Mapfumo
Evidence is a seasoned operator having joined FMC in 2012. He is currently a 3rd year student of Doctor of Business Leadership (UNISA)
He holds MBA Finance (UZ); Honours Degree in Banking and Finance (UZ); Certified expert in Microfinance (CEMF) Frankfurt; Certificate in Microfinance (Marconi University); Member of the Credit Risk Management of South Africa (CRMSA); ACCA (level 2)
Caroline Munapo
Caroline Munapo is the Manager, Back office Operations and Collections. She joined the organisation as a Loans Officer in 2011 and held various positions before assuming the current position. She has held the position of Back Officer, Supervisor and Assistant Manager. Caroline holds an MBA with National University of Science and Technology (NUST); a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Finance from NUST, diploma in banking (IOBZ), diploma in Microfinance with Harare Institute of Technology (HIT) and a professional certificate in Microfinance
Runyararo Kambasha
Runyararo is a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Banking and Finance (MSU), ACCA Diploma, a Professional Certificate in Microfinance and a Certified Exert in Microfinance, and she is on her final level of Masters in Business Administration Degree with NUST. She is a pioneer of FMC Finance who was part of the team that set up the company in 2009, and she was responsible for opening the company’s first sub branch in Bindura. She has vast operational experience in the organization and she rose through the ranks from Loan Officer, Supervisor, Branch Manager, and Area Channel Manager to Audit and Compliance Manager, which is her current position.
