Ben Rafemoyo (Dr)
Dr. Rafemoyo holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) (Commonwealth University); Masters Degree in Administration (MBA) UZ and he is a fellow of the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers. He is a former Group Chief Executive Officer of ZESA Holdings. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe. Ben is the Chairman of the FMC Finance Board.
Raphael Tayana Katsande (Mr)
Mr. Katsande holds a Masters in Business Administration Degree (UZ) and BSc Electrical Engineering Degree (UZ).
He is a Corporate Member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers. Mr. Katsande is employed as a Commercial Director in a Power Utility.
Eldrette Shereni (Dr)
Dr. Shereni holds a Doctorate in Business Administration; (Canterbury University); MBA in Business Management and other several marketing qualifications. She is a renowned Chartered Marketer, Certified Fellow in Marketing and Strategic Marketing Consultant.
She currently operates a consulting firm called Kortliks Consultancy. Dr. Shereni has vast experience in strategic marketing and corporate communications having worked for big corporates like Netone, CBZ and First Mutual Life.
Jaqueline Hussein
Jacquie is a Chartered Accountant CA (SA) by profession and currently operates a consulting firm of public accountants called July28, which offers risk advisory, financial reporting and tax services to a wide array of clients. She has vast experience in Audit, Financial & Project Management spanning to over 20 years including working for Ernest & Young and First Mutual Asset Management. She is also involved with organizations that assist young upcoming entrepreneurs.
She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Simbisa Brands Limited.
Lovemore Mango (Mr)
Mr. Mango holds a Masters in Business Administration with Nottingham Business School, UK. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe. He has experience in commercial and corporate banking which were acquired over 25 years working in commercial banks, that is Stanbic Bank and FBC Bank where he worked as a Senior Manager. He worked as an Executive Director at FMC from inception until he retired on 30 April 2016 and assumed a Non-Executive Director role.
